NOVA INDUSTRIAL S.A. implemented, was certified and maintains an Integrated Management System (Quality - Environment - Occupational Health and Safety management systems), according to ISO 9001/2000, ISO 14001/2004, OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 27001/2005.

NOVA INDUSTRIAL S.A. is authorized by The Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority for the following types of activities:

• power equipment testing/measurement;
• designing and executing interior wiring for civil and industrial buildings, above-ground and below-ground electric branches, at 0,4 kV voltage;
• designing electric sub-stations and electric features of power plants;

NOVA INDUSTRIAL S.A. is a collective member with full rights of The Romanian National Committee of the World Energy Council and also a member of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.

The company is also among the few suppliers authorized by:

• Electrica SA -The National Electricity Distribution & Supply Company  (January 2000);
• CN Transelectrica SA - The National Power Grid Company (January 2001);
• Hidroelectrica SA - The National Hydro - Power Company (April  2001).

The company's laboratory is also certified and authorized by the Ministry of  Health (authorization no. 45478/04/10/2001) to test & measure the specific  noxis of the 50Hz electric installations (noxis generated by the electric and  magnetic fields of the mentioned installations).

In addition to that NOVA INDUSTRIAL SA is authorized by The Ministry of Education, Research and Youth to provide and execute research activities.

NOVA INDUSTRIAL SA is also granted the quality management in nuclear field, being certified as supplier of services and products by The National Committee for Nuclear Activities Control.
