NOVA INDUSTRIAL S.A. and/or his experts are members of several committees or national organizations like: CNR-CIGRE, CER-CEI, ASTER, etc.
Another strength can be considered the substantial technical database (built by the company's experts, during their years of activity in the power field) and the technologically advanced equipment owned by the company and used for activities like maintenance, testing, monitoring and diagnosis of the electrical installations.

CVConstantin Moldoveanu obtained the engineer degree in the “Machines and Electric Apparatus” Department of the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest – The Electrotechnics Faculty, as well as the doctor engineer degree in the field of “Electrical Measurements”, at the Polytechnic Institute of Iasi – The Electrotechnics Faculty. He is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a technical expert in the field of power transformers: procurement technical specification, construction, testing, diagnosis, maintenance, monitoring on/off line, diagnosis, expert systems, asset management, life management, on-site refurbishing, failure analysis, expertise, etc.
CURIAC Paul, Dr. Eng
Paul Curiac obtained the engineer degree in the “Machines and Electric Apparatus” Department as well as the doctor engineer degree in the specialty of “Electrical Machines” at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest – The Electrotechnics Faculty. He is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a technical expert in the field of electrical machines: design and FEM analysis & circuits of electrical machines & special magnet application; constructive and functional R&D of parts & components; special measurements for electrical materials, machines, etc.
GOIA Laurentiu Miron, Dr. Eng
Laurentiu Miron Goia obtained the engineer and the doctor engineer degree in the “Electrical - Power Engineering” Department at the Polytechnic Institute of Timisoara. He is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a technical expert in the field of power networks, design and operation of high voltage overhead lines, insulators, earthing equipment, neutral treatment, etc.
POMARLEANU Marius, Eng.
Marius Pomarleanu has obtained the engineer and the doctor engineer degree in the “Electrical - Power Engineering” Department at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest – The Faculty of Power Engineering. He is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a technical expert in the field of power networks, stable and transient operating modes, static and transient stability, evaluation and optimization of network losses, assessing charges for power transmission and distribution, etc.

Constantin Vlaicu has obtained the engineer degree in the “Machines and Electric Apparatus” Department as well as the doctor engineer degree in the specialty of “Electrical Measurements” at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest – The Electrotechnics Faculty. He is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a technical expert in the field of measurement technique, measuring transformers, etc.

Constantin Radu has obtained the engineer and the doctor engineer degree in the “Electrical - Power Engineering” Department at the Polytechnic Institute of Iasi – The Electrotechnics Faculty. He is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a technical expert in the field of power substations: conception, operation, maintenance, diagnosis, remote signalling and remote command, etc.

Ovidiu Tutianu has obtained the engineer degree in the “Thermal-power” Department at the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest – The Faculty of Power Engineering. He is an power-environment ONUDI expert, chief auditor of quality, environment, security and health labour systems, EMAS verifier and verifier for monitoring the greenhouse gases / efect, etc.

Ivona Moldoveanu has obtained the degree in chemistry-physics at the University of Bucharest, The Faculty of Chemistry, the Chemistry & Physics Department. She is a specialist acknowledged in the field of chromatographic analysis of gases dissolved in electrical insulating oil in power transformers, measuring transformers or high voltage cables.
